The government recommends that tenants have insurance when renting. In your rental property, you’ll be liable for accidental damage to the home and landlord's fixtures, and your own possessions. Ideally, your insurance will cover damage to the property and your liability. Ask our partner, Bode Insurance Solutions, for a fair quote.
The club will help you with legal and financial matters such as cohabitation agreements, will-writing services, workplace pensions and a budget planner. You’ll get specialist mortgage advice and credit score reviews to help with future home-owning goals.

The Residency lets you build all-important foundations for the future, starting at just £45 per month.
Hose Rhodes Dickson's No Deposit Option (NDO) is part of the Residency membership. With this option, the tenant can pay the monthly membership fee without the need to have the traditional deposit amount tied up for the duration of the tenancy. The tenant will still be liable for any damages at the end of the tenancy and there is a monthly fee to be a Residency member.

In particular we are grateful to Olivia and Clarice who are in our opinion an absolute credit to the business, they were always able to answer any questions that either myself or my wife asked and when they said that they would call us back they did, they both made what should of been a very easy process but turned into a very difficult situation a lot smoother and the fault was neither of theirs but nothing was too much trouble for them and they dealt with our many number of phonecalls excellently and were both consumate professionals all the way through, on behalf of my wife and myself we hope that they both get the recognition that they both wholeheartedly deserve and we would not hesitate to recomend this company, estate and letting agents come in for a lot of criticism but in this case it was not the case and we have nothing but praise, thank you again Olivia and Clarice
